Agreement for Content Submission to Liquidnb

This agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for the submission and use of musical content ("Content") by an artist or their representative ("Licensor") to Liquidnb ("Licensee"). By submitting Content, the Licensor agrees to the following terms:

1. Grant of Rights and Whitelisting

The Licensor grants Liquidnb the perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide right to use, reproduce, publish, and display the Content on all Liquidnb platforms, including but not limited to YouTube and affiliated social media channels.

The Licensor agrees not to file or pursue any copyright claims, including Content ID claims, against Liquidnb for the use of the Content on its platforms. If the Content is registered with a third-party Content ID or copyright management system, the Licensor is responsible for whitelisting Liquidnb's channels to prevent any automated claims or disputes.

2. Ad Revenue and Monetization

The Licensor acknowledges and agrees that all revenue generated from advertisements, sponsorships, or any other monetization methods on the Liquidnb channels displaying the Content shall belong exclusively to Liquidnb. The Licensor waives any right to claim a share of such revenue.

3. Copyright and Royalties

Liquidnb does not claim ownership of the Content's copyright. All performance, mechanical, or other royalties associated with the Content remain the exclusive property of the Licensor. Liquidnb's role is strictly promotional, and this agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights of the Content from the Licensor to Liquidnb.

4. Content Removal Policy

Should the Licensor wish to have their Content removed from Liquidnb's platforms, they must provide a written request via email to [Insert your email here]. The Licensor agrees to provide a mandatory notice period of sixty (60) days for the removal of the Content from all platforms. This notice period allows for the proper processing of the request and compliance with platform policies.

5. Representations and Warranties

The Licensor represents and warrants that they are the sole owner of all rights, including copyright, in and to the Content, and have the full authority to enter into this Agreement. The Licensor agrees to indemnify and hold Liquidnb harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from any breach of this warranty.
