The VCF3 for Syntronik which is the powerhouse set of modeled analog synths  from IK Multimedia. Is a sample set and recreation (in outrageous detail i might add) of the VCS3 Putney synth. Heard on a slew of sci fi BBC shows way back when, such as the classic doctor who's it also made its way in the music industry showing up heavily in Pink Floyd and Depeche mode on the regular.
