Take Sponsorship payments via spotify?

Yes that’s right!

Spotify now offering fundraising, donation and sponsor links directly on the platform for all artists. message from spotify As part of our efforts to support the global music community during this unprecedented crisis, today, we’re rolling out a new feature, which enables you to add a fundraising destination to your profile through Spotify for Artists.

In this first iteration of the feature (available to all artists globally), you can submit a fundraising link from one of our partners — Cash App, GoFundMe, PayPal, or a verified Music Relief organization — to feature in a new section at the top of your artist profile labeled “Artist Fundraising Pick”. (Note: It won’t replace your Artist Pick, if you have one.)

We’re particularly excited about our partnership with Cash App, as they’ve generously established a $1 million relief effort for artists during these challenging times. Artists in the US or UK who use Cash App as their Fundraising Pick — and receive at least one contribution through Spotify — will receive an extra $100 from Cash App into their account, until the $1 million USD has been paid out. (Legal rules here.) Ready to get started? Read more about the feature on our blog, jump into the best practices guide, or go straight to your Spotify for Artists dashboard and hit “Get started” on the promotional banner to submit your link.
