The SSD that comes with Heat up 3 Ultimate is actually a decent USBC to USB3 Connection and from running sample libraries from is flawless.
It took only around 11 mins for me to move all 200GB onto my USBC LACIE Drive
You could happily run your session from this SSD without a hiccup.

What about the “Rompler” side of things?
Well all in all the Heat up 3 rompler is a strong bit of software. it loads up samples quickly, is ergonomic and resizable for multiple different screens ( I often have an issue using a 5k display with plugins being tiny) Which is great for people at either end of the screen size spectrum.
Having the built in arpeggiation and step sequencer is a nice touch. Allowing you to actually very quickly an easily sequence entire patterns very quickly and trigger with a single note.
Super useful for the drum patches where you can have a loop ready to roll with a simple key press. Having a flexible arpeggiator built in a super useful on DAW’s like FL Studio where there’s no simple midi routing and it would usually have to be done via the piano roll too.
FX galore
There’s 12 built in FX units in the Heat Up rompler, An it gets better that they are all reorderable making for basilly limitless audio alteration or just straight up mixing of your sound without the need for any extra plugins. I would like to see everything automateable but its a minor niggle.
All in all?
Heat Up3 Ultimate bundle is well worth the value, Getting the SSD drive in at that price point is also really solid value. The sound sets are definitely geared towards hip hop hit makers, But aside from the drums many of the others sounds will easily cross genre, Some of the bass and lead patches are pure fire an il work them into some DnB tunes for sure.
