Apply to sell your sounds

Bring your templates, sample packs and other music-production resources to Warrior Sound.

Admin approval is required before selling.

We review your experience, social presence and content rights. Creating a seller account does not approve your application or publish any products. Each product is reviewed before release for sale.

What you’ll need

  • Your vendor name, email and requested contact details. Choose your password directly in Webkul, our seller-management app.
  • A short bio — required. Introduce yourself, your production experience and the products you plan to sell. Aim for 50–150 words.
  • At least one social media or artist profile — required. Provide the full URL of a public profile you own, such as Instagram, SoundCloud, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook or Bandcamp. A website or email alone is not sufficient. Additional profiles are welcome.
  • Confirmation of content rights — required. You must own, or hold the necessary rights and permissions to sell and distribute, your content and all included assets.
  • Acceptance of the vendor terms — required. Read the terms before submitting your application.

The registration form opens in Webkul, connected to this Shopify store. Enter your password only in Webkul. The separate uploader never asks for your Webkul password.

If the signup CAPTCHA does not load or you cannot submit, contact support@warriorsound.co.uk for help. Do not email passwords or verification codes. Staff can guide an assisted registration; you still enter your own password and accept the terms yourself.

After your application is approved

  1. Staff provide your Webkul seller ID. Open the vendor upload page and continue to the secure uploader.
  2. Sign in using the Warrior Sound Shopify account you want linked to your vendor account. Request access with your Webkul seller ID. The owner verifies this link once before enabling uploads. Webkul and the uploader have separate sign-in sessions.
  3. Submit your product details and complete ZIP together. Templates and sample packs also require an MP3 demo and permission to use it as a public preview.
  4. The system creates a Shopify draft and links it to your Webkul seller account automatically. You do not need to create a second listing or send the paid file later.
  5. We inspect the package and preview, assess content rights, and approve products individually before release for sale.

Use Webkul to manage your seller account and view your own products and order information. Large files are uploaded through the secure uploader.
