Submit your product and files

Submit the product details, complete ZIP and required audio demo together. We review the complete submission before it is released for sale.

Approved vendors only.

First apply for a Webkul seller account. After seller approval, sign in to the uploader with Shopify and request access using the Webkul seller ID supplied by staff. The owner verifies this account link before you can upload.

The uploader opens on Warrior Sound’s separate secure gateway. Shopify handles its sign-in; large files upload directly to private AWS storage. Your Webkul seller-dashboard login and uploader sign-in are separate. We never ask for your Webkul password in the uploader.

Prepare your submission

  • Product title, category, description, GBP price and licence information.
  • A complete ZIP file, up to 2 GB per file.
  • An MP3 demo is required for templates and sample packs. Other categories can include an optional demo. Maximum demo size is 20 MB. You must permit its public use as a product preview after approval.
  • Confirmation that you own or hold the necessary rights to sell all included content.

Uploads and review downloads share a bounded launch allowance. The uploader displays availability and enforces the limits. If uploads are paused or a limit is reached, contact us before trying again.

What happens next

  1. Keep the uploader page open while your files transfer. If interrupted, resume with the same files and details instead of creating another submission.
  2. The background sync creates an unpublished Shopify draft and links it to your Webkul account. Checks run every five minutes; Webkul processing can add further delay.
  3. An admin reviews the package, content rights and demo. An approved preview is linked to the product’s existing audio player.
  4. The owner releases the reviewed product for sale. Upload completion and vendor approval do not publish it automatically.

Use your Webkul seller dashboard ↗ to manage your seller account and view your own products and orders. If a submission is rejected, blocked or needs replacement, contact support@warriorsound.co.uk before uploading again.
