Standard merchandise is produced after you order. Allow an estimated 2–5 business days for production, then the transit time below. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- UK and Europe: 3–5 business days in transit.
- USA: 3–4 business days in transit.
- Other destinations: 10–20 business days in transit.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Destination, production location, couriers and customs can affect timing. Shipping charges and taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Import duties or clearance charges may apply to international orders.

For UK consumers, standard catalogue merchandise can be cancelled within 14 days after delivery, even though it is made after ordering. Send it back within a further 14 days. You pay return postage for a change of mind, including choosing the wrong size. Inspecting or trying on an item as you would in a shop is fine.
Email info@warriorsound.co.uk for the correct return address before posting. Any delay from us in supplying the address will not count against you. Dispatch within 14 days of notifying us or seven days after we provide the address, whichever is later. Our registered office and printing facilities are not automatic returns destinations.
We refund the item price and applicable standard outbound delivery charge. Lawful deductions may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by your statutory rights; contact us for help and any return instructions. Mandatory rights where you live remain protected.
